Words about the weekend

Hello! Just saw some lightning! Oh, and theres the thunder, that was really loud! Still no sign of the sun. It is flooding everywhere. *Update* make that MASS flooding. I just went to the underpass below the highway we use to get to uni and and there is over a foot of water crashing through it. It knocked down the fence and joined into the river. It is insane! I will get pictures from my friend to show you. I walked over with an umbrella and I still got soaked, it is raining that hard. More thunder!!!!

Saturday was fun. I just hung with my friends all day, watched Avatar the TV show, and we went into the city to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! They get really into it here. Sunday I just watched some movies with Sam and did work. We hung up streamers in our living room! Looks like a fiesta. Very fun.
Today I had a meeting for a group project on Madagascar, we're giving an oral presentation on Friday, nothing difficult. Then I spent my day in the library, working on my essay and having it reviewed by the writing center. Apparently its not that bad!

Tomorrow I have my first day of volunteering at the zoo! I can't wait :)
